When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 1 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your rug is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to help update or cancel it.

My package shows delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?
We recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. Occasionally packages are left in secure or hidden spots.
If you still can’t locate it, reach out and we’ll help investigate right away.

Are Berthmeer rugs washable?
Yes. All of our rugs are machine washable or easy-care.
Simply vacuum regularly and machine wash cold on gentle when needed.
Always check the care label for specific instructions.
Are your rugs pet-friendly?

How do I remove wrinkles or creases after unboxing?
Your rug may have light creases from shipping. Lay it flat and allow 24–48 hours to relax naturally.
You can also place furniture on the corners to help speed up the process.
Do your rugs shed?
No. Our low-pile construction is made to minimize shedding, making them ideal for everyday living.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend measuring your space first.
A general guide:
• Living room → 8x10 or 9x12
• Under dining table → table size + 24 inches each side
• Bedroom → extend beyond the bed edges

Returns & Warranty
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window.
If your rug isn’t the right fit, you can return it in unused condition for a refund.
Just contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
For quality issues or damaged items, we cover the cost.
For personal preference returns, a small return fee may apply.
What if my rug arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry if that happens. Please send us photos within 48 hours and we’ll immediately send a replacement or refund.
