We’re making cozy living simple and stress-free — starting with free shipping on every rug you love.


Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States.
We do not deliver to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa)

  • APO/FPO military addresses

  • P.O. Boxes

Please use a physical street address at checkout so your rug can reach you smoothly!

Duties & Taxes

There are no additional duties or import taxes for our U.S. customers. All applicable fees are covered by Berthmeer.


Order Processing

We process all orders within 24 hours (Mon–Sun). Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your rug’s journey home.


Shipping Options & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Always free.
    Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days (Mon–Sun) after dispatch. Most of our customers receive their rugs within 3 days!

  • Expedited Shipping: Not currently available — but we’re working on it!

Note: Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery Notes & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to collect, shipping fees will not be refunded, and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If you change your mind after it’s on the way, you can submit a return request after delivery.


Tracking Your Order

You’ll get a tracking link by email once your rug is shipped. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking to update after dispatch.


Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking shows that the package has not been delivered, please first contact the shipping carrier to confirm the delivery status. In many cases, the carrier can expedite the delivery or provide further updates.

If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  • Double-check with household members or neighbors.

  • Look around entryways or other common delivery spots.

  • Contact the shipping carrier to request a proof of delivery or a lost package claim.

If the issue cannot be resolved through the carrier, please reach out to us. We're here to help and will do our best to support you throughout the process.
